Before our products are offered for sale they are quality tested. However if you are not 100% satisfied with any product you have purchased from Sewing&Embroidery Station you can return it to us and we will refund the purchase price or supply another product to the same value ( if you wish to do so ).
The same policy applies to the products damaged during shipping. If you receive a package that shows signs of exterior damage please mark the delivery coupon as “damaged package” before signing for the delivery. It will help us in our dispute with the shipper.
It’s possible that only the exterior of the parcel is damaged but if the goods are affected please let us know and we will advise you how to return them to us. Once the goods are returned we will arrange an exchange or full refund without delay.
