Browse the catalogue or search for any item using the SEARCH button. When ready, click on the ADD TO CART button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. Please indicate the number of items in the box provided, if you want more than one of the same item. Use the comments box to give us instructions (colour of the item etc.) Anytime you wish to check the contents of your cart click on the VIEW CART button. You will be able to remove unwanted items from your cart at any time.

When all the products you want are in your shopping cart,  click on the CHECKOUT button. Here you can enter all your details, choose a method of payment and finalise your purchase.
Please note:when the off-line payment method is chosen you need to click the CONTINUE button on the last page called "your order has been processed". It will take you back to the home page. If you do not do this your order will not go through.

We accept on-line payment via the secure Paypal site or Direct Deposit. Our Bank details are : Westpac, Account name: Sewing and Embroidery Station, BSB 033369 , Account number 243484

We will be automatically notified by Paypal of your payment but if using Direct Deposit please send us e-mail when the deposit is made.

For Customers who prefer not to use their credit card on-line, we have the following off-line payment options: credit card and cheque. Print off and fill in our order form  and either call us, fax it or mail it to us.

We accept Master Card, Visa, and cheque. Please make cheque payable to Sewing and Embroidery Station. A transaction fee of 1% will be charged to credit card payments received by mail.

All prices displayed in the shop are GST inclusive but your invoice will display prices without GST. Region based shipping will be added to your sub-total and GST will be calculated from the sum of the subtotal plus shipping costs, making the total of your invoice.

Please note that if you live locally you can save on postage as pick up is available Monday - Thursday, 7pm-9pm.

When all the products you want are in your shopping cart, click on the CHECKOUT button. Here you can enter all your details. Proceed through the checkout process with the shipping option of INTERNATIONAL REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, as well as the payment option of INTERNATIONAL REQUEST FOR A QUOTE.

After that, your order will be placed on “Pending “ status and e-mails will be generated to both your and our e-mail addresses. Upon receiving a notification of your order  we will calculate the cost of shipping and change the status order to “shipping added”. You will then receive an e-mail with the link to a new invoice/payment page. At the bottom of this page you will find the payment options available. The Paypal button is linked to the Paypal website where you can complete your transaction on-line. Alternatively , if you prefer not to use your credit card on-line, print off and fill in our order form  and call us on +61 3 87722555 or fax to +61 3 97061184 .

Our prices are in Australian dollars. Paypal will automatically adjust other currencies to Australian dollars but when using other payment options plese check the website provided on the Currency Converter page .

The prices displayed in the shop include 10 % Goods and Services Tax, as it is a legal requirement in Australia. But for international Customers the invoice will include prices of goods without GST with only the cost of shipping added, making the Total.
